The Enrolment Environment

• Having the user seated is best for enrolment (less height variance and less user movement).
  
• Enrolments should be performed under controlled ambient lighting conditions. Avoid bright lights in front or behind the enrollee.
  
• Avoid distractions to the user so that they concentrate on providing the best image of their iris. It will only take a few seconds of their time.
  
• Make the user comfortable with the technology, explain to them that it is safe and easy to use.
