How to enroll for this Spouse membership?  Simply follow these steps: 

• The current Saphire member should still have a valid membership including all valid documents required on application for Spouse membership
• Fill in an application form, either through our website www.saphire.co.id or apply in our Saphire Service Center
• Come to the Saphire Service Center in person and bring your valid passport with the same address as stated in your spouse’s passport or other formal document which proofs that you and your spouse are living on the same address.
• Original documents of Passport with validity not less than 12 months (For Indonesian citizen) and 18 Months (for Foreigners).
• Other supporting documents such as KITAS/KITAP, MERP, or MBV.
