Annual membership fee and method of payment

An annual membership fee of Rp. 2.500.000,- inc. VAT will be charged to the customers.

Payments of the annual fee can be made in the following ways:
• Credit card
• Cash

Your membership will be activated from the moment the Saphire card is issued and upon receipt of payment.

Membership Renewal

For your convenience, your membership will be extended automatically with another year unless your cancellation is received two months prior written notices to Saphire.

To renew the membership, simply by transferring your annual membership fee to :

            Bank BNI 1946 – Daan Mogot branch
            A/c no. 19700172 – PT. Angkasa Pura Schiphol

To make your payment effective, please mention your name and membership number on the transfer form.

 Please send us a copy of your bank transfer form by fax to 550.3093 or 55.910.912 or scanned document via member@saphire.co.id



Saphire Card Replacement

Every four year, your Saphire card will be replaced, unless the card is damaged before the expiration date stated on the card. When the card is expired, you will be invited for enrollment at the Saphire Service Center. When you hand in your old Saphire card, a new iris scan will be made and stored on your new Saphire Card.


Important!

Even though you are a member of this exclusive program, you must always carry a valid travel document i.e. your passport (with visa permit for foreigners), boarding pass or ticket.Airlines & The Indonesian Immigration officers can request you to show your valid travel document.
