Where to apply to collect your membership card

You can visit Saphire Service Centre, located at terminal 2-F, Arrival Hall, Soekarno Hatta International Airport, phone 021-55.910.910 or fax 55.910.912, 550.30.93 or e-mail  info@saphire.co.id

You can just drop by but to make your enrolment faster we suggest you to make an appointment.

Saphire service center is open from Monday to Friday. For enrollment of new Saphire Membership, renewal and regular updates of your Saphire card, we are open from 08:00-16:00 hours (Last enrolment 15:30).

The appointment will consist out of four simple steps:

• Your documents will be checked and you will be requested to show the original valid passport (and visa permit for foreigners).
• When your application approved, your documents will be signed and stamped for approval by the immigration officer.
• The iris pattern of your eyes will be captured and the data will be stored in our system and registered on the chip of your Saphire     card.
• A brief explanation will be given on how to use your Saphire card and how this unique automatic border passage system works.

Important!! When using your card, you can wear your lenses or glasses when your iris is scanned at the automatic border passage.The scan will not work on sunglasses nor colored and/ or patterned lenses . When your iris geometry is captured during enrollment process, you must remove your glasses or contact lenses. Iris-data will only be stored on the chip of your card and for back-up purposes in Saphire database. Capturing the iris geometry does not irritate the eyes.

 What requirement do you need to apply Saphire Program?

Minimum age : 17 year old or has married.

Indonesian citizens with:
• A valid ordinary passport with minimum validity of 18 months. 
• Page passport at least 4 pieces empty.
• Fill in an application form.
• Not included in the list of Immigration prevent-desist.
• Pay the fees as required.

Foreigners with:
• A valid ordinary passport with minimum validity of 18 months.
• Page passport at least 6 pieces empty.
• Fill in an application form.
• Not included in the list of Immigration prevent-desist.
• Pay the fees as required.

• Sponsor letter (download sponsor letter).
• A visa:
     • A valid permanent stay permit (KITAP), or a valid temporary stay permit (KITAS) together with a multiple re-entry permit (MREP)
